Mr Michael David Hinson

Michael David Hinson, 67, a native of Salem New Jersey, a resident of Madera, California since 1998 and a former resident of Patterson, California passed away at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California following a month long illness. Michael retired as Plant Manager for Strategic Materials where he had worked for 20 years prior to retiring. He was born to Millard Hinson and Joyce Mitchell Hinson.

In his leisure time he maintained his 18 acres at home, and enjoyed building and driving fast cars and his dogs. In Madera he attended the Madera Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a sister Belinda Scott.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years Debbie Hinson of Madera, California and is the father of Bobby Hinson and his wife Debbie of Tracy, CA, Michael Hinson and his wife Tish of Murfreesboro, TN, and Casey Hinson and his wife Haylee of Clovis, CA. He is the brother of Dale Hinson and his wife Marsha of Murfreesboro, TN, Dennis Hinson and his wife Pam of Las Vegas, NV, and Janice Potts and her husband Buddy of Smyrna, TN. He is the beloved grandfather of Kristy Hinson, David Hinson, Michael Hinson, Talon Hinson, Miller Hinson, and Decker Hinson and mother-in-law, Vivian Sloan.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Jay Chapel in Madera, interment will follow at Arbor Vitae Cemetery also in Madera.
