Albert Mar Rivera

Mr. Albert “Al” Rivera, age 72, a native of Oxnard, CA and a resident of Coarsegold, CA for 25 years, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Coarsegold. He was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychiatric Technician. Al was a lifelong musician playing a variety of musical instruments. He specialized in the guitar and he enjoyed playing different musical genres.

Al is survived by his fiancé, Dawn Swinton-Garcia of Coarsegold, CA. 1 daughter, Annette Kelley of Moorpark, CA. 1 brother, Jim Rivera of Ventura, CA and 2 sisters, Yvonne Velarde of Canyon County, CA and Yvette Cortez of Oxnard, CA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Amber, Hannah, Timothy, Jonathan and Michael and 2 great-grandchildren, Jadon and Caleb.
