Wayne and his staff once again came through for us. Not only for my parents but also in the tragic loss of my daughter who was only 19. I cannot say enough of the excellent level of care and respect provided us. I am so pleased we will be making our own arrangements with Jays Chapel and Wayne for our time. They make it so easy and with absolute quality service. Both Mary and I know we will be well cared for and this will ease this process for our loved ones. Thank you Wayne. My father passed away recently and we went to Jay Chapel, The people there were so much help in getting thru this most difficult time. They helped guide us thru the details, the were very supportive, and were the most caring people. Uncle Harold's skin tone was so natural; he appeared to be asleep. We appreciate your transporting the floral arrangements to the gravesidse at Woodlawn Cemetery. Again, the brief ceremony went very smoothly. Thank you for sending us the memory book with the obituary articles to the various newspapers. Jay Chapel during a very difficult time for our family, handled our request of renting the chapel for our Mother's Memorial Service. Even though it was not a full funeral service, they handled it as if it were just as important. Professional, intimate, humbling, and attentive. The entire staff, expecially Les (who we worked with directly) was exceptional. But everyone there is! They answered and took care of any questions we may have had, posted and made changes to the obituary in the local newspaper(s), etc and we were also made to feel comfortable. Jay Chapel is the best place to have your loved ones taken to for the best care, compassion and professionism. They love people and they show it. Thank you Jay Chapel

On behalf of the Washington family I want to thank you and your staff for such great customer service, family assistance, and quality during our difficult time of loss. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I was in a role such as this but you made it less uncomfortable for me taking a lot of burden from my shoulders. My father in law would have been so proud of how well he was honored. I especially want to thank your staff for the DVD creation. It was one less thing for me to do and turned out so beautiful. The memorial book was also nicely created along with the thank you cards. Everyone at the service commented on how nice your facility and the service was. I saw the memorial montage of the service on the website and was wondering if there was any way I could get a copy of that? It was so beautiful. Although I had my camera it never came out my purse. Although I hope it's not for years to come I am reassured knowing that when my mother in law passes away I will return to Jay Chapel for your quality family centered services.
