Mrs Vivian Charlene Woo

Vivian Woo was born on November 30, 1953, to Elmo and Alvina Pruett. She passed away peacefully on December 23, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her beloved family.

Vivian was born in Visalia and moved to Fresno with her family when she was 3 years old. She graduated from McLane High School and forged a career as a title examiner. She started her career with Safeco Title and worked for various title companies throughout her career. In 1985, she and her husband started T.S. Woo Distributing until her retirement in 2017. Vivian’s favorite places were Cayucas and Shaver Lake, she loved the ocean and she loved the mountains. She also loved traveling, especially road trips. Vivian married Tom on November 13, 1981. She and her husband were soul mates, married for 39 years and together for 43. They loved each other like none other. Vivian was a devout wife, an amazing mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was the ultimate optimist, finding good in everyone, she was quick to forgive, and quick to praise

Her love was genuine, and she was not shy to show it. Vivian is survived by her mother, Alvina Pruett Baker, her husband Tom, daughter Stacy, son Jeff, sister Sherry and her husband Gary Pederson, brother Glenn Pruett and his wife Marilyn. She is loved by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Vivian was an animal lover and and advocate for animal rights. Donations can be made to the local SPCA.
