Virginia Victoria Wyatt passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the age of 92. Virginia was born to Grant and Edna Snider at the Grand Canyon, Arizona on April 6 1928. As a young child, Virginia and her parents lived in a tent at the Grand Canyon as her father worked surveying roads in the area and her mother worked as a Harvey Girl at the El Tovar Hotel at the Grand Canyon. Virginia and her parents moved to Chowchilla, CA in 1936 where her father purchased a small farm. She grew up on the farm and went to elementary and high school in Chowchilla. Virginia lived in Chowchilla and Raymond for many years and worked for Chowchilla District Memorial Hospital and Madera Community Hospital as a medical transcriptionist before retiring and moving to Oakhurst. She loved living in the mountains and her family has many fond memories of family get together’s, at Gammie’s house.

Virginia was preceded in death by her daughter Lorrie Chisholm. She is survived by her daughters Connie Neal, Victoria Vandenack and Judi Jackson. Virginia is also survived by one son Lance Chisholm and his wife Janet. Virginia was preceded in death by one granddaughter Mika Jackson and is survived by 12 grandchildren Dawnette Toloy, Randell Neal, Russell Neal, Jerrianne Murphy, Todd Vandenack, Aaron Vandenack, Kami Carranza, Ryan Preciado, Lindsey Weaver, Colton Preciado, Taryn Freeman and Stacey Hansen. Virginia was also preceded in death by one great grandson and one great, great grandson. She is survived by 18 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.

A private service will be held on a later date.
