Tommie “Joe” Melton, 91, passed away peacefully in Santa Clara County on June 24, 2022.
A humble, quiet man Joe relished time with his family, enjoyed good food, and remained true to his beloved Dodgers throughout his life.
Preceded by the love of his life, wife, Lorene Melton he is survived by his only son Tony Melton (wife Tulin), adored granddaughter Aliye Melton and sisters Glenna Longcrier and Evelyn Carter.
We miss him every single day.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 11 AM Jay Chapel in Madera. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors.
