It's hard to believe that anyone could say anything good about Tim. Tim like his long time pal Peter Shubin were nothing but a con man and rip off artist. If you have any doubt, check with the Fresno Bee and the Bureau of Auto Repair. They were forced to close their 3877 N. Blackstone store for 30 days and pay fines to the State Of California for fraudulent business practices.
