Steven Mark Rulison Sr.
February 22, 1947 - January 3, 2022

Steve was born February 22, 1947 in Fresno, California to Walter and Louise Rulison. Our Lord took him home on January 3rd, 2022 in Clovis, California. We will all miss him more than words can say.

Steve, also affectionately known as “Papa” by his loved ones, was a caring, playful, and generous family man. He served our country from November 1966 to April 1969 in the United States Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam. He received numerous medals such as a National Defense and Vietnamese Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Rifle Marksmanship Badge. Steve also served as a cook which is no surprise to those who knew his great culinary skills. He was honorably discharged as an E5 Sergeant.
Steve is survived by his wife, Linda Rulison of 51 years, son Steve Rulison Jr. and his wife Erika Rulison and beautiful grandchildren; Jacob, Blake, and Isabella. Steve owned Rulison Auto Body Shop for over 20 plus years. He had many hobbies such as racing Midgets, fishing, hunting, playing pool and cards to name a few! He was a big kid, extremely competitive and always full of humor. He was a very involved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He truly cared about each person in his life and was there for all of life’s special moments, big or small.
