Rita S Garcia Andrade

Rita S. Garcia Andrade, age 84, passed away in Fresno, CA on Thursday, January 17, 2019. Rita was born on May 13, 1934 in Kerman, CA to Frank and Victoria Juarez Garcia. Rita was raised in Kerman, moved to San Jose before settling in Madera, to raise her family. Rita worked over 20 years for the Madera Glass Company. She was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church, and was an active participant of the PAM AM Senior Center in Madera.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents Frank Garcia and Victoria Juarez Garcia, her brothers Tito, Louie, Chemal, Manuel and Joe Garcia.

Rita is survived by her four children Josie Martinez of Madera, Armando A. and his wife Olga Garcia of Madera, Angel and his wife Christina Andrade of Surprise, AZ, Vincent and his wife Gloria Andrade of Goodyear, AZ, and her two brothers Frank and his wife Lilly Garcia of San Jose and Henry and his wife Jenny Paniagua of San Jose. Rita also leaves behind her loving 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 9:30 AM at St. Joachim Catholic Church in Madera. Inurnment immediately following at Calvary Cemetery in Madera.
