Sandra Balderrama

Sandra Balderrama, age 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 1, 2020 in Fresno, California. Sandra was born on May 20, 1942 to George and Rose Milliman in Los Angeles, California. Sandra worked for over 23 years as a Pharmacy Technician, and was also a member of New Life Assembly in Madera. Sandra enjoyed going to the Casino, walking through swap meets, and watching her favorite TV shows ‘The Price is Right’ and ‘Days of our Lives’. Sandra also loved watching sports with her grandson Bobby, and she made sure to attend all of her grandson Isaiah’s sporting events and cheer him on.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, her son David Balderrama, her sister Nancy Valenzula, and her grandson Jon Steven Chairez Jr.

Sandra is survived by her children: Jon and his wife Elizabeth Chairez of Madera, Cheryl Chairez of Madera, John Balderrama of Arizona, Rebecca and her husband Jesse Hernandez of San Jose, Antoinette Castaneda of Madera, Cynthia Castaneda of San Jose, Christina Gomez of Madera, and Angelica Castaneda of Madera, her brothers: George Milliman of San Jose, Jim Milliman of San Jose, and Kenneth and his wife Paula Milliman of Hanford, as well as her sisters: Linda and her husband Max of San Jose and Debra Garcia of Gilroy. Sandra also leaves behind 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Jay Chapel in Madera.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Jay Chapel. Services will conclude at Jay Chapel.
