Roy Allen Morgan

Roy Morgan passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the age of 94. Roy was born in Nashville Tennessee on March 2, 1926 to Ira and Louise (Melvin) Morgan. He was a resident of Madera for 90 years. Roy was a Veteran of the US Army having served his country during the Korean Conflict. He owned and operated Morgan’s Garage for 60 years. Roy enjoyed fishing and hunting, he volunteered as a fire fighter for the City of Madera.

Roy was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Morgan in 1998, and two sisters Frances and Dorothy and his grandson Kyle Morgan in 1986. He is survived by his two sons, Ken and Doug Morgan, his daughter, Patty Watson all of Madera and his sister Jeannie Olea of Chico, CA. Roy also leaves behind six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held at Arbor Vitae Cemetery, August 28, 2020 at 9:00 am.
