Raymond E Carter

Raymond E. Carter, age 74, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019, in Fresno, CA. Born October 5, 1944, the son of Clarence Carter and Vera Malone. He married Claudine Kaiser December 31, 1974. She preceded him in death.

Ray worked in farming and agriculture for over 30 years. He taught his children the value of hard work and in having a good work ethic. He was a good husband, dad and grandfather. He really enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Claudene, both parents, and brother, David Carter.

He is survived by his son, David Carter and wife Christine, daughter, Amy McBee and husband David; four grandchildren, Andrew McBee and wife Makenna, Wyatt McBee and wife Kiara, Amanda McBee and Kayla Carter, and three great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Presley and Parker Dene McBee.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 10:00 am at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
