Perry Fick

Perry Fick, age 56, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 2, 2018 in Turlock, California. Perry was born in Oakland, Ca to Perry and Judith Fick on January 28, 1962. Perry was a lifelong resident of Madera, where he worked as a Journeyman for Hy Power Hydraulics. Perry’s love for his job led him to purchase the company and move his family to Turlock just a few short months ago. Perry was an avid member of the Madera Golf Club, and he also enjoyed camping and water skiing. Perry was one of the founding members of the Madera Youth Football League as well. Perry loved having his whole family together, and his grandchildren meant the world to him.

Perry is preceded in death by his parents Perry and Judith Fick, and his brother Kenny Fick.

Perry is survived by his wife of over 25 years, Patricia Fick of Turlock, his son Cameron Fick of Turlock, and his three daughters Jennifer and her husband Angel Mendez of Madera, Ashley and her husband Anthony Mendoza of Oroville, and Ashley and her husband Adrian Logan of Clovis. Perry also leaves behind his six siblings Karl and his wife Julie Fick of Madera, Kurt and his wife Margie Fick of Reno, Conrad Fick of Fresno, Elizabeth and her husband Fernando Ourique of Kerman, Patricia Fick of Fresno, and Budd Fick of Madera. Perry always held a special place in his heart for his grandchildren, whom he loved more than anything: Jasmine Mendez, Hayley Mendez, Angel Mendez, Daniel Mendez, Isaiah Mendez, Hannah Fick, Paige Fick, Shyanne Mendoza, Christian Mendoza, Briana Logan, Madison Logan, and Aria Logan…Papa loves you beyond measure.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA.
