Mrs Pamela Rae (Linder) Lasswell

Pamela Rae Lasswell was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She left this world peacefully on April 16, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born to Morris and Maxine Linder in Fresno, CA on May 29, 1951. After graduation from Washington Union High School, she attended Barber College. She spent many years working as a barber, until she met the love of her life.

Pam met the love of her life, Ray Lasswell, at the wedding of mutual friends. That day, Friday the 13, proved to be lucky, and a date, they would come to celebrate anytime it graced the calendar. Together they made a beautiful life for forty-nine years.

Pam was known for her fierce love of family and friends. Her Kitchen table was a safe space for all that visited. When you sat down, you knew you were loved, you were safe, and there was always someone to listen. You also knew there would always be a hot cup of coffee to sip and you definitely would not leave hungry.

Pam is preceded in death by her father (Morris Edward Linder Jr.), her mother (Maxine Linder), and older brother (Eddie Linder). She is survived by her devoted husband Ray, and sister Debbie Stumpf of Riverdale, CA. She was the proud mother of three daughters: Shea Parker (David) of Fairfield, CA, Erin Foster, and Megan Lasswell – both of Madera, CA. She also leaves behind six grandchildren (Spencer, Johnalyn, Shelby, Marlene, Chandler, and Gia), and one great-grandson, Archer.

Graveside Services will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10 am. Due to Covid restrictions, capacity will be limited to 25 people.

Pam’s life will be honored immediately following services, at the Lasswell family home in Madera, CA. Friends & Family are welcome to attend.
