Maria De La Luz Fimbrez

Maria de la Luz Perez-Fimbrez, age 61, a native of Mexicali and a resident of Madera, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Maria was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church in Madera, and worked as a crew member for Foster Farms for many years.

Maria is preceded in death by her brother Carlos Fimbrez.

Maria is survived by her parents, Theodoro Franco, Adelmo Perez and Cleotide Fimbrez, sons Antonio Blass Esparza and Idelfonso Esparza, daughters Luz Maria Esparza, Hilda Margarita Esparza, Margarita Esparza, and Maria Antonia Esparza, brothers Francisco Perez, Mike Franco, Felipe Franco, Jose Francisco Perez, and Antonio Perez and sisters Guadalupe Fimbrez, Alicia Franco, Cecilia Franco, Alma Perez, Griselda Perez, and Maria de la Luz Perez. She is the beloved grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 2.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Jay Chapel with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 pm at Jay Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 1:00 pm at St, Joachim Catholic Church, Madera. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Madera.
