Lois Wanda Van Buren

Lois Van Buren, age 105, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at her home in Madera. Lois was born in Peace-Creek, Kansas on July 11, 1914 to Milton and Faye Clothier. Lois was a resident of Madera for over 65 years, where she attended the Church of Christ for many years. Lois loved to oil paint, work in her yard, crochet, color, put puzzles together, and had quite the collection of dolls throughout her home.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, husband Virgil Van Buren, daughter Wanda Jensen, five brothers, two sisters, one step-daughter, and two grandsons.

Lois is survived by her two sons Jim Van Buren and Duane Van Buren, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great-grandchild.

Madera, CA 93637.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
