Linda June Tepfer

Linda June Tepfer passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 in Madera at the age of 67.   She was born in Pomona, CA on October 7, 1951 to Winston and Lila (Templeton) Mann.  Linda has been a resident of Madera since 1981.  She worked as an aid at Sierra Vista Elementary School and was a teacher at George Washington Elementary School.  Linda had also worked as a bookkeeper at AFCO Financial Services before moving to Madera.  She was an active member of Grace Community Church where she helped with VBS, played the piano, violin, sang Solo and Ensemble and on the Praise Team, as well as several other acts of service.  Linda was a Cub Scout Leader, Den Mother, a member of S.T.R.S. She also enjoyed bowling.
 
Linda is survived by her husband of 47 years, Raymond Tepfer, her two sons, Michael Tepfer and his wife Pan Miao Tepfer, and Brian Tepfer, her daughter, Tanya Wu and her husband, Wilson Wu, her grandchildren, Brice, Austin, Brianna, Matthew, Trisha, Kaitlyn, Brenda, and Laura Tepfer, as well as Joshua, Timothy, and Nathaniel Wu.  She also leaves behind her brother, Jim Tepfer and her sister, Teri Tepfer.
 
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018, 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA
 
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Jay Chapel, with an Interment to follow at Arbor Vitae Cemetery, Madera, CA
