Lester Marion Moore

Lester M. Moore passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Madera at the age of 73. Lester was born in Terral, Oklahoma on July 17, 1947 to Claude and Viola (Duncan) Moore. He has been a resident of Madera since 1977 where he attended the First Southern Baptist Church on Riverside and Nebraska in Madera. Lester worked as a truck driver at Levi's Iron & Metal Inc., for 23 years. He was a member of the One Nation under God Motorcycle Ministries and a Teamster #431 of Fresno.

Lester was preceded in death by his daughter Sandra Witten in 2017.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Kathleen Moore in Madera, his two sons, Doug Weaver and his wife Tammy of Tennessee, Lester Moore, Jr also of Tennessee, one sister Judy Moore of San Antonio, Texas. Lester also leaves behind, seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at the First Southern Baptist Church on Riverside and Nebraska in Madera at 2:00 p.m.
