Leila Lucille Brock

Leila Lucille Brock passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the age of 96. She was born in Pueblo, CO to Smith and Lucy (Avery) McAtee on November 4, 1921. Leila has been a resident of Fresno for 20 years, formerly of Bakersfield. She was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Radioman during WWII. Leila was a homemaker and an avid quilter. She was a member of the Bakersfield First Assembly of God.

Leila was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and one sister. She is survived by her three sons, David Brock of New Castle, IN, Gerald Brock of Falls Church, VA, Alan Brock of Ore City, TX, one daughter, Betty Kennemur of Madera, CA, two brothers, Norman McAtee of Colorado and Floyd McAtee of Oregon. Leila also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Fresno Memorial Gardens. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at Madera Bible Church.
