Josephine Nash

Josephine Nash passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at the age of 83. Josephine was born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on December 21, 1936 to Robert and Pearl (Tingle) King. She has been a resident of Madera for 40 years. Josephine worked as a Waitress at Foster Freeze, Snow White and Weavers Smorgasbord Restaurant. She enjoyed supporting her daughter Judy in Guitar Performances. Josephine’s favorite song was Judy’s rendition of John Denver’s “Follow Me”; she also enjoyed old time country music and playing the card game Phase 10.

Josephine is survived by her three children, Judy Ensley, Robin Alcala both of Madera, Kevin Ensley of Shoreline, WA her brother J.B. King of Alabama and three grandchildren, Cody Ensley, Stephanie Alcala, and Christina Adams. She also leaves behind six great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
