Jesus Zamora

Jesus Zamora, 80, a native of Mexico and a resident of Madera for 40 years, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021.

He was born to Nicolas and Isidora Valencia Zamora in 1940 soon began working with his family at a young age in the fields. Jesus worked diligently in helping to feed the world for over 70 years. He was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Teodomira of Madera, his Children, Maria Ojeda of Fresno, Nicolas Zamora , Rene, Homero Zamora and Berenice “Betty” Zamora all of Madera, Analilia Zamora-Jimenez, Jesus Jr., and Elisa Zamora all of Fresno, his brother, Ramon Mesina of Tracy. Jesus will be missed by his 31 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, April 13, 2021, 4:00 pm at Jay Chapel with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. also at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA

The Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, April 14 2021, 11:00 a.m. at St. Joachim Catholic Church and burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Madera, CA.
