Mrs Jessie Alvarado

Jessie V. Alvarado, of Madera passed away on Sunday evening, May 26, 2019 at a Madera Convalescent Hospital at the age 84 years. Jessie was born in New Mexico to Cristobal and Josephine Perez Vasquez. She has been a resident of Madera for 50 years where she was a homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors, whether it be working in her garden nurturing her plants, spending a quiet day fishing, or enjoying her pets.

In addition to her parents, Jessie was preceded in death by her beloved husband
Pete Alvarado Sr., by her sons, Steve and David, her siblings, Mary, Raymond and Socorro, and by her grandson, Johnny Kushwara.

Jessie is survived by her children Patricia Kushwara, Clara Ybarra, Chriscynthia Montemayor, Margaret Alvarado, Daniel Alvarado, Pete Alvarado, her siblings, Carmen Lemon and Chris Vasquez, Jr. and her four legged children, Pepper & Toby.

She is the beloved grandmother of 20 grandchildren, Sofia, Steve, Aaron, Alaina, Adrian, Annette, Antoinette, Johnathon, Anthony A., Andrea A., Andrea F., Mindy F., and Jessica F., Anthony M., Nick M., Joshua M., Raymond, Danielle, Brianna, Olivia and 35 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Jay Chapel, on Tuesday, June 7, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. followed by an inurnment Arbor Vitae Cemetery.
