James "Jim" Roy Godfrey

James “Jim” Roy Godfrey passed away peacefully on April 6, 2024, in Madera, California. He was born to Carl and Lucinda “Jane” Godfrey on July 20, 1954, in Madera, California.

Jim worked as a welder for over 30 years. He loved fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his father Carl Godfrey, brother Michael Godfrey, and wife Rhonda Godfrey.

Jim is survived by his mother Lucinda “Jane” Godfrey, son; James “JW” Godfrey Nevis, daughter; Cher Miller, brother; Jeff Godfrey, sisters; Pam Winton, Pat Blackmon, Paula “Rocky” Reid, and his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
