Helene Lynette Jack, age 67, a native of Chicago, IL and a resident of the Chowchilla and Madera area for 40 years, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 in Madera.  She was a retired bookkeeper at Madera Disposal.

Helene was preceded by her husband Fred Jack in 1989.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Suarez of Central Point, Oregon, 1 sister, Veryl Dunn of Madera, CA. 2 grandchildren, Joseph and Brittany and 1 great-granddaughter, Olivia.

Private services were held under the direction of Jay Chapel.
