Helen Keeling, age 85, a native of Malvern, AR and a resident of Madera, CA for 80 years, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 in Madera. She was a teacher’s aide for Millview Elementary School where she worked for 26 years and was a member of the Senior Dance Club in Madera.

She was preceded in death by her husband Hugh Keeling in 1998.

Helen is survived by her loving companion Ray of Madera. 3 sons: Frank Hughes and his wife Rosalia of Texas; John Hughes and his wife Dorothy of Madera, CA; Steve Hughes and his wife Mary of Madera, CA
3 daughters: Julia “Diane” Tapp and her husband Robert of Madera, CA. Debra Honeycutt and her husband Kevin of Texas; Cindy Keeling and her companion Tom of Madera, CA. 1 sister: Edith Cole of Madera, CA and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jay Chapel in Madera. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:00 am at Jay Chapel. Interment will follow at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
