Gino J. Baldrica of Madera, CA, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the age of 95. Gino was born on June 23, 1925 to John and Fermina Baldrica, in Madera.
Gino graduated from Madera Union High School in 1943. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II Gino was stationed in the South Pacific. He spent 65 years farming and growing grapes. Gino attended St. Joachim Catholic Church in Madera and was a member of V.F W. Post 1981 and Elks BPOE Lodge 1918.
Gino is preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Baldrica in 2002, son Brian Baldrica in 2007, and his sisters Ada Baldrica, Bruna Pitts and his brother Del Baldrica.
He is survived by his wife Esther Baldrica, his daughter Shawna Baldrica-Hildebrand of Fresno. Two grandchildren, Megan Garcia of Madera and Shaylin Linhart of Kansas City, Missouri. Three great grandchildren Calvin and Kelsie Garcia and Kaiveon Linhart. His Brother John Baldrica of Madera and his two sisters Christina and Josephine Baldrica of Madera.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Jay Chapel.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, only 10 people will be allowed inside the chapel at one time. Masks are required.
