Gillian L. Gunter passed away in Fresno on August 7, 2017 at the age of 82. She was born in Harris, AR to Ralph and Bernice Anderson. Gillian has been a resident of Madera for 60 years, where she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Glenda Anderson. Gillian is survived by her husband of 55 years, Carrol Gunter of Madera, her children, Lorna Kushnieryk and her husband Randall, Edmond Gunter and his wife Stephanie and Eric Gunter and his wife Cindy, all of Madera, her brother, Duane Anderson of Madera, two sisters, Rena Gunter of Madera and Thelma Hansen of New Mexico. She also leaves behind two grandchildren, Katelynn and Eric, Jr.

Visitation will be held at Jay Chapel, Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Service at 9:00 A.M. at Jay Chapel.

Private Interment will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella, CA

Remembrances may be made to the Donor’s favorite charity.
