Fern Elnora Gerbi

Mrs. Fern Gerbi, age 86, a native of Watts, CA and resident of Madera, CA for 66 years, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 in Madera. She was a retired bookkeeper for De Cesari Stationary for 42 years. Fern was a member of the Diamond Jubilee Committee for the Chamber of Commerce and was also involved with Camp Fire, Cub Scouts as a co-leader and treasurer for the Madera Aquatic Team.

Fern is survived by her two sons, Michel Gerbi and Matthew Gerbi both of Madera, CA and one brother, Roy Lantia of Mariposa, CA. She was also a loving grandmother to Michael Gerbi, Heather Betts and MaLeah Huggins and great-grandmother to Erik Young, Matthew Young, Liam Young and Aiden Betts.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with the Rosary and Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 am at Jay Chapel in Madera. Entombment will follow at Calvary Mausoleum in Madera.
