Eva Mae Martin

Eva was born on September 11, 1942 in Prague, Oklahoma to Elmer and Oleta Marshall.
She passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 81 in Hanford, California after a lengthy illness.

She was preceded in death by both parents, her husband, Kenneth Martin and brother, Carl Marshall.

She is survived by her son, Allen Martin, of Fresno, daughter; Kristy Gilles and husband Gary of Fresno, grandchildren; Michael Martin, Kenneth McMahan, Bailey Martin, Brandon Gilles, Robert Gilles, Lindsay Gilles, and many great-grandchildren.

Eva worked as a CNA at San Joaquin Gardens, she also worked for many years alongside her husband building their gas station businesses in Clovis and then in Madera. In the late 1990s, she worked as a care assistant at an adult day care facility in Madera. Eva and Ken enjoyed many social activities together through the Madera Elks Lodge and loved spending time with family and friends.

Graveside Service will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Arbor Vitae Cemetery, 1301 Roberts Ave., Madera, CA.
