Eulalia Luna Banuelos, age 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, August 21, 2017 in Madera, Ca. Eulalia was born on July 3, 1927 to Maria De La Luz Banuelos and Guadalupe Luna in Mexico. Eulalia was a home maker and took pride in raising her children and being there for her grandchildren as well. Eulalia lived in Madera for the last year and was a member at St. Joachim Catholic Church. Eulalia was a very loving mother and grandmother, but she was also a very strong willed woman.

Eulalia is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Elia Hernandez, great-grandson Jose De Jesus Barrios, and her great-granddaughter Annabell Monica Delgado.

Eulalia is survived by her husband of 70 years, Cruz Hernandez, her five sons: Gabriel and his wife Mari Hernandez of Bakersfield, Alberto and his wife Mela Hernandez of Bakersfield, Gonzalo and his wife Melda Hernandez of Madera, Miguel and his wife Mari Hernandez, and Jose and his wife Margarita Hernandez of Madera, her six daughters: Micaela and her husband Juan Renteria of Mexico, Rosa Hernandez and her husband Primo Castanon of Madera, Martha and her husband Ignacio Gallardo of Madera, Luz Elena and her husband Roberto Guerrero of Madera, Maricela and her husband Rito Chavez of Palm Springs, and Mari and her husband Gustavo Castillo of Oregon, her brother Pablo Luna of Chicago and her sister Concha Luna of Arizona. Eulalia also leaves behind her most precious 45 grandchildren, 99 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Jay Chapel, Madera, Ca. Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Thursday, August, 24, 2017 at 12:30 PM at St. Joachim Catholic Church, Madera. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2107 at 1:00 PM at St. Joachim Catholic Church, Madera, Ca.

Interment immediately following at Arbor Vitae Cemetery.
