Esther Lupe Sauceda

Esther Lupe Sauceda, age 68, a native and lifelong resident of Madera, CA passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018 at a Fresno hospital. She was a homemaker. Lupe enjoyed playing Bingo and Poker and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was known for her upside down cakes and salsa. Lupe was also a lifelong visitor of the Madera Drive-In.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry T. and Carmen Irene (Arizmendez) Gutierrez.

Lupe is survived by her husband, Tony to whom she was married to for 40 years. 2 sons: Tony Dominguez and Jovonie Martinez and 2 daughters: Lucy Correa and Emmie Sauceda. 4 brothers: Robert Gutierrez, Richard Gutierrez, Ernie Gutierrez and Robert Gutierrez and 1 sister: Diane Gutierrez. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, April 13, 2018 at 9:30 am at St. Joachim Catholic Church in Madera. Services conclude at the church.
