Mrs. Esther Billie Dulin age 92 passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018, in Madera, where she has lived for the last 8 years. Esther was born in Fresno to Jacob and Emily Winters on October 29, 1925. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lutheran Church. Esther was involved in the Eastern Stars in Salinas, she loved to read, work crossword puzzles and knit.

Esther was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Chuck Dulin and her grandson Timothy Dulin.

She is survived by her three sons, Charles M. Dulin and his wife Mary of Nampa, Idaho, Thomas N. Dulin and his wife Martha of Madera and James R. Dulin of Salinas. She also leaves behind, seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and five great great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on: Monday, February 12, 2018, 12:00 P.M. at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA

Interment at: Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N. Teilman Ave., Fresno, CA
