Dennis Wesley Barrett

Mr. Dennis Barrett, age 61, a native of Blythe, CA and a resident of Madera, CA for 16 years, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018 in Madera, Ca. He worked for Madera Irrigation District for 14 years as a ditch tender and was a former volunteer fireman for station #19.

Dennis was preceded in death by his daughter Amber Jones in 2009.

He is survived by his mother, Thelma Morrison of Madera, CA. One daughter, Lindy Brilliante of Oroville, CA and three sisters, Kathy Sonstegard of Madera, CA; Cindy Barrett and Laura Seek both of Oroville, CA. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jay Chapel in Madera. Funeral services will be Friday, July 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Jay Chapel in Madera. Interment will follow at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
