Deda Burnett, age 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Deda was born on January 12, 1936 in Madera, California to Richard and Ethel Brown. Deda was a homemaker for most of her life and she was a resident of Madera. She was a member of the Elks Lodge Ladies Auxiliary group, and loved to decorate her home and sew whenever she could.
Deda was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Junior Woodley, her second husband Delbert Burnett, her son Robert Woodley and her sister Velma Toshi.
Deda is survived by her two daughters Sharon and her husband Terry Real of Madera and Debbie and her husband Jim Lorenz of Nevada, as well as her five grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association.
A Private Family Burial will take place at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
