Mr David Martinez

David Martinez, age 57, a native and lifelong resident of Madera passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Madera Community Hospital after an extended illiness. He was born to Margaret and Ernest Martinez and grew up in Madera where he received his education. He attended New Harvest Fellowship, where he gave his heart to the Lord. He enjoyed gardening .

David was preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Ernest and by his brothers, Ernie, Benny, Leo and Robert.

He is survived by his daughter Desiree Martinez and his granddaughter Dakota . He is the brother of Erlinda Henderson, Gloria Caballero, Margaret Rordriguez, Norma Brice, Delores Martinez, Yvonne Santos, Debbie Martinez and brothers Manuel, Edward, Andy and Richard Martinez. Also surviving David are his numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at Jay Chapel. The Graveside Service will be on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 1 PM at Calvary Cemetery in Madera.
