Charles Lee Owens

Charles Lee Owens passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at the age of 63 in Modesto, CA. He was born in Madera on August 7, 1956 to Albert and Marie (Francher) Owens. Charles was fun to spend time with, he loved making people laugh. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was always there to help. Charles also loved spending time at the Casino.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents and two brothers. Charles is survived by his sister Jennie Lou Owens, Alice Juarez, Molly Tobarez and Hattie Mendoza.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22. 2019 from 12 noon to 5:00 pm, and on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA
