Mrs Bertha Chavira Urrutia

Bertha was born in La Union, New Mexico, and moved to the Central Valley with her parents where she met and married Gilbert Urrutia.  Bertha lived in Fresno until her passing on March 10, 2023. 

Bertha is survived by her children Brenda Urrutia and Ron Urrutia, her granddaughter Lisa Limon, 2 great granddaughters, her sister Lilly Chavez and sister-in-law Theresa Chavira.

Visitation will be on from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday, March 20, 2023 at Jay Chapel in Madera, California with a Recitation of the Rosary at 6 pm. 
Mass will be Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Joachim’s Catholic Church in Madera, California followed by a Graveside Service at 1:00 pm at Belmont Memorial Park in Fresno, California.
