Beatrice “Bea” LaVerne Logue, age 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 30, 2019 in Kerman, Ca. Beatrice was born in Lula, Oklahoma on July 20, 2019 to Carl and Mary Wade. Bea was a resident of Firebaugh for over 40 years, where she was well known. Bea worked for over 20 years serving lunches to all the children at Arthur E. Mills School. Bea loved her job and seeing all of the children each day at work. She volunteered many hours working the ticket booth and snack bars at school events helping raise money for the Mills School. Bea attended all of the school and sporting events that her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were involved with. She loved supporting her family and cheering for them all. Many will always remember Bea by her delicious Cinnamon Rolls she made. Bea was a pastors’ wife for many years, where she was very involved with the churches Charles pastored at, especially their last home church, Chowchilla Baptist Church.

Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Mary Wade, husband Charles Logue, grandson Robbie Coffman, and her four siblings Woodrow Wade, Verna Wade, Melba Mullins and Cleve Wade.

Beatrice is survived by her two daughters Lynda and her husband Carl Coffman of Firebaugh and Gayle and her husband Carlos Rincon of Kerman, three brothers Carl and his wife Susan Wade of Ada, Oklahoma, Jeannie Adams of Tupelo, Oklahoma and Matta and his wife Karen Wade of Ada, Oklahoma. Bea also leaves behind her grandchildren Melody and her husband Gary Barragan, David Norton, Dené and her husband Darrell Vincent, Ronnie and his wife Sarah Coffman and Justin and his wife Sommer Coffman, great-grandchildren Crystal Schmidt, Samantha and her husband Ty Brown, Michael Barragan, Meghan and her husband Woody Willden, Bridgette and her husband Quinton Parker, Chandler Norton, Logan Vincent, Nicolas Vincent, Ty Coffman, R.J. Coffman, Amber Coffman, Machenzie Coffman, Hailey Coffman and Charlee Coffman, and great-grandchildren Talon Brown, Gavin Brown and Adalyne Willden.

Bea’s family would like to send a special thank you to all of the staff at Autumn Ridge for the amazing care, love and compassion that was shown towards Bea and the rest of the family.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Jay Chapel in Madera.
