Tribute

Annabel Lee passed away from our world on July 22, 2020. She was born in Bellingham, Minnesota in August of 1932 to Hugo and Lillian Kelzer. She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother Vernald Kelzer and her husband Ulyses Lee.

Annabel is survived by her two sisters Valerie Hall of Modesto and Jeanette Hoff of San Jacinto, and her brother Jerome Kelzer of Madera. She is also survived by her daughters Darla Neal of Roseburg, Oregon, and Kimberly Bell of Madera, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Lee was a graduate of Fresno State in the early sixties with a degree in Nursing. She worked as an OB Nurse while she attended Fresno State and went on to a career with the State of California Health Department. Annabel retired after 40 plus years with a commendation from the Secretary of State.

She was dearly loved and will be forever missed.

Under current guidelines for Covid-19, Madera County Cemetery District  services are limited to a maximum of 50 people or less.
