Mr Albert Brown Sr.

Albert Brown Sr., passed away on July 5, 2019 at the age of 97 in Madera, California where he has resided for 18 years. He formerly had resided in San Jose, California. Mr. Brown was a retired Construction worker. In Madera he was an active member of Galilee Baptist Church in Fairmead, California. He enjoyed singing and sang in the “Northern Cal Workshop” traveling group. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, gardening and working on cars.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarance Brown and Kitty Doggon Brown, by his wife Barbara in 2018 and by brothers, Clarence Brown, David Brown, and John Brown, and by sisters, Janice Davis, Asliee Thomas, and grandson Kilderick Brown.

He is survived by his son Albert Brown Jr. of Stockton, CA. his daughters, Mary Toliver of Louisiana, Julie Causey of Louisiana, Daisey and husband Tommy Games of Louisiana, Ethel Tate of Colorado, Janice King of Louisiana and Leanna Brown of Texas.

He is the grandfather of 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 10:00 AM at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Fairmead, CA
