Mr Michael Scott Lowry

Michael Scott Lowry passed away unexpectedly on May 17, 2023. Born July 21, 1959, Mike was a lifelong Madera resident. After graduating from Madera High School in 1977, he was drafted by the Mets and played baseball for six seasons (A, AA and AAA ball) Upon returning home, he became a handyman.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Huette and Thelma Lowry, and his younger brother, Jeffrey Lowry. He is survived by his older sister, Deborah (Lowry) Mathiasen and her husband Michael Mathiasen, along with numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

A private ceremony will be held.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
