Robert Sigurd Johnson passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the age of 64. He resided in Oakhurst, California. Robert (Bob) was born to Richard and Lila Johnson on October 12, 1953 at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska.

Bob got a BA degree at Fresno State and attended UC Davis. He also was in the United State Air Force.

Anyone who knew Bob would say Bob never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone and would have them laughing by what he said or by telling a joke. He was a positive influence on all of us.

Robert was preceded in death by his father Richard B. Johnson and his grandparents Floyd and Bobby Nelson.

Robert is survived by his wife, Jean, son Robert Johnson, daughters Charlotte Hart, Katrina Johnson, son-in-law’s Eugene Hart, Justin McConnell, and his step children Michael Boren, Marcella Boren, Jennifer Atwell and 9 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Bob’s life will be held on January 13, 2018 from 1:00 P.M.  at San Joaquin Winery, 21821 Ave. 16, Madera, Ca. 93637
