Mary Rachel Trevino

Mary Trevino passed away surrounded by her loved ones on March 25th, 2024 at the age of  73.  She was born April 23,1950 in Madera, CA to Francisco and Benita Trevino. 
She graduated from Madera High School class of 69. She was a hard working independent women who worked 32 years at the Madera Glass Plant.

Mary enjoyed camping, traveling, music, family, friends and being a grandmother. She loved her many trips with her brothers and sisters. She was an honorary member of the over the hill gang which she was very much proud to be part of. She impacted many lives  with her huge heart but also with her wittiness. She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts but is reunited with her parents and beloved family members.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, her six sisters and four brothers. She is survived by her daughter Ernestina Blanco, Her 6 grandchildren Carlos Hernandez Jr , Michelle and Ernesto Salazar of Madera Ca, Jose and Erika Tello of Madera Ca, Maribel Costa of  Sacramento Ca, Michael Benevidez of Sacramento Ca, and Mary Eledge of Madera Ca. Also her six great-grandchildren Devin Hernandez, Maxi Medina, Laylah Salazar, Ayvah Salazar, Isabella Salazar and Ivy Tello. She is also survived by her two brothers Pete Herrera and  Ray Trevino of Madera Ca.

Visitation will be held at Jay Chapel on Tuesday April 2nd, 2024 beginning at 2:00pm with Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00pm. The funeral mass is Wednesday April 3rd, 2024 at 11:00am at St. Joachim Catholic Church with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Madera Ca.
