Diane Curran was born in St. Helena, CA on December 22, 1942 and passed away on August 16, 2017 at the age of 74. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family.
Diane was the first born daughter of Albert and Eva Bradac. She attended school in Dos Palos, Modesto, Oakland, and Fresno. While attending Fresno College, she met the love of her life, Samuel Curran in 1964. They were married in 1965 and had three children; Pamela, James, and Robert. They worked and raised their children on the family ranch. She then opened the first Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Store in Madera, CA and ran it for 15 years. She had a love for cooking, painting, and spending time at the coast with her family and friends.
Diane was preceded in death by her father, Albert Bradac, mother, Eva Bradac and brother Albert “Brad” Bradac.
She is survived by her husband Samuel Walter Curran of 52 years, daughter and son-in-law; Pamela and Rex Davis of Madera; Sons and Daughters-in-law; James and Brandy Curran of Madera, and Robert and Barbara Curran of Fresno. Her sister and brother-in-law; Linda and Albert E. Perry of Dos Palos. She was blessed with five grandchildren; Sara Davis, Lance Davis, Nicholas Curran, Thomas Curran, and Samuel Curran.
Diane will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Jay Chapel in Madera, CA on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Jay Chapel in Madera, CA on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
