DeWayne Rudolph Neiderheiser passed away on October 11, 2017 at the age of 92. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Samuel Rudolph and May Marie (Baldwin) Neidersheiser on August 12, 1925 and moved to Mason City, Iowa at the age of 5 where he obtained his education, including becoming a Journeyman Printer.

He moved to California in 1952 where he married Elsie Freitas from Hanford. In 1959 they moved to Madera where he worked for the Madera Tribune for 29 years. He was active with the Madera Bobbie Sox for 23 years and was a member of the Madera Aeronautical Modelers’ Radio Control Society since 1984.

After 55 years of marriage, DeWayne was preceded in death by Elsie in 2008. In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by his sister Imogene and his brother Jerome. He is survived by many family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Cemetery, Madera, Ca.
