Charlie Quintero passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 at the age of 87. He was born in Madera, CA to Ramon and Aggie Quintero and has been a resident of Fresno for the past 20 years. Charlie spent 26 years in the U.S. Army. He is a decorated veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam wars. 

 He is preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, Rudy, Juanita, Frank, Gilbert, Robert and Sal. 

He is survived by his daughter Teresa Ramirez, his grandson, Robert Ramirez, his granddaughter, Jessica Ramirez, nine great grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren. Charlie also leaves behind his brothers, Joe Quintero of Palm Springs, Sal Quintero of Texas, Paul Quintero of Idaho, Raymond Quintero of San Jose, Walter and Bernie Quintero of Sacramento. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Jay Chapel, with a Funeral to follow at 12:00 P.M. also at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA

Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Madera, CA
